High in the South Tyrolean Dolomites, our mountain hut is being transformed into a hidaway– the perfect spot for adventurers, locals, and nature lovers to relax with a view. This new project builds on our passion for hospitality, as we already manage a nearby camping site. With Adrian’s German and English fluency, and Benedikt’s command of Italian, German, Spanish, and English, we’re well-prepared to welcome a diverse crowd.
We have already found someone to help us with interior setup and some handy tasks but after 6 Months, he wants to move on to new endeavours, and we absolutely can understand that.
We are searching for a facility manager and host for our guests. We do offer a salary and accomodation. We do not accept applications below 3 Months.

We live in a bilingual area of Italy, speaking both italian and German - and obviously English. There is a lot of nature to explore. For example you could learn how to ski! :)

Arbeit
We’re Benedikt and Adrian, a couple managing a mountain bar and camping site in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. We treat our volunteers like family—with respect, kindness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your tasks will include helping with basic bar service, cleaning, and occasionally assisting with guest check-ins. We value hard work but also ensure there’s time to enjoy the stunning surroundings, whether hiking, skiing, or exploring. With us, you’ll have a mix of work and adventure, and we’ll make sure you feel right at home!
We manage two properties, one is in this hut and the other is in the valley. Often we have to travel down and while we are away you will be responsible for the house. However, we will always be present and enjoy to spend time with our workaday guests!
Your tasks will be cleaning, house work, maintanace, animal care, gardening and much more.
We offer a normal wage, if you work full time that’s approxkmately 1.600,00 € net per month. We would like to decide together with you how many hours you are going to do and how that meets your cultural explorations. We are flexible and fair.

We accept dogs but they cannot access all rooms. We will work it out together. We're also fine with all other pets, with exception to cats (due to allergies). We also have chicken and peacocks on the property - animal lovers welcome.
