    Description

I live in Queenstown Tasmania .
I am looking for helpers for my garden, walking and playing with my dog, house cleaning, help with computer and printing problems. Help with my phone.
    ---

    Can you read ENGLISH?
I teach cutting glass, making sculptures, massage and building sklls. I have a Permaculture garden and an ART gallery/studio!

I am looking for workaways to stay for 7 days to 1 month. no short stay. I have room for two/ three for stay, I am also a couch surf host. After contacting me by email please PHONE ME FOR best ideas about roads and travel as well as CONFIRMATION about your stay.
I have a home near plenty of Mountain walks, swimming in rivers, waterfalls, lakes, fishing, and walking Cradle Mountain 'World Heritage' National Park. Straughn is 40 mins by mycar or bus, south of me and the 1st most amaizing place to visit. Just ask me. I will provide transport if you contribute petrol. If walking in a Tasmanian National Park you need a 'National Parks Pass'. I often take visitors camping on fine days, to the West Coast.
I am looking for active gardeners, builders and maintenance skills. Some tasks are cooking, help wash my van, play with Boo my dog,etc... I also have small building project to have a green house next summer.

I supply food from my garden, wintertime you might have to contribute towards food. Bring your own special Coffee, I have simple coffee, Bring alcohol, nuts, special foods, nibbles after or before meals. I provide badic breakfast lunch and dinner.
If your house sitting you will need to feed yourselves for free rent, but I am willing to share some garden produce.

Plenty of sightseeing when I take Boo for a run along rivers and lakes. Busses come from Hobart or Burnie. Best to have a car on the West Coast if you want to be self sufficient.

    I recycling, no plastic waste.
I love to exchange cooking culture ideas, so have a play in my kitchen. I am an artist with a passion for glass and I teach painting, glass, and I am a 'Permaculture' teacher and masseuse. I love live music, I play congas, guitar, ukalaly and piano. Come and sing in the local chior. There is an open mic at the Paragon Theatre here.

Cheers and have a great day!

I am looking for good communication skills, care for my Garden and around home, with permaculture ethics. A little building but if you are good at carpentry then I am in need of a some outside planter boxes. My green house needs to be stable and shelves made, so a little pocket money may come in handy.
Mostly weeding and watering if no rain.
If your applying to house sit, you can come 1 week before and stay awhile when I return.

    What else ...

Their are plenty of walks and waterfalls, rivers and lakes here as well as the wonderful West Coast and Cradle Mountain National Park.
Please phone me before you visit. It is difficult to travel and see all important lanscapes of Tasmania if you don't ask the local people directions. Take a copy of maps before you leave.
Don't rely on Google Earth outside town areas.

Profile photo of Boo, my black Labrador.

    Boo, my black Labrador.

He is so friendly he jumps for joy when he sees you. But because he is big, he needs to calm down, as he thinks you came to play with him. He often talks, sings and dose some fancy tricks. He can't wait to meet you.
