    Description

Hello! We're a young family living in the city center of Castellon, by the Mediterranean sea,

We love travelling and getting to know new cultures. Having a kid hasn't stopped us exploring the world and since being a family of 3 we've travelled to some European destinarions, Turkey and a 3 month trip to South East Asia (Thailand, Vietnam and Malasia)

We're chill and easy going. Our 4,5 year-old son is very energetic and friendly.

Castellón de la Plana is a very confortable place to live. We enjoy sunny weather all year round with warm winters and hot summers. The city is just 5 km away from the beach and mountains are also close by.
The town is big enough to find anything you need, but still you can walk or cycle anywhere. People in our area are friendly and easy-going. Family and friends are always a priority and that's something you can tell just by walking on the streets and squares.

We welcome couples, friends or solo travellers. You will have your own room, your own bathroom, and privacy.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We'd love to share our culture with the guests. Teaching them to cook paella, tortilla de patatas or other delicious Spanish dishes. We can also speak to them in Spanish if they wish to learn the language.
We'd be glad to show them around and give some recommendations of places to visit.

We'd love to learn about their culture and travel experiences. I find that this is a very nice way to bring the experience of travelling to our home and family when we can't travel. We wish to expose our son to other cultures and to learn about diversity from a young age.

  • Help

    Help

We bought our dream home in 2020, when our son was a newborn, and we wish to re-start working on the home and specially on its big rooftop terrace.

The main project will be the terrace. We need to paint the terrace walls, sanding and filling them in some areas.
Other needed help in the terrace could be: gardening, sanding and varnishing furniture, restoring the floor, building a barbecue

We're planning on the distribution and decoration of the terrace. Do you have an eye for design? Any help and ideas will be welcomed.

We live in a two-story duplex, our bedrooms, the kitchen and living room are downstairs. The guests will be upstairs where there are other rooms (home-office and studio) In the upper floor there's a 100 square metters terrace, your room has direct access to the terrace and plenty of light.

We want you to feel welcome but also to be autonomous and free to arrange your schedules.
That's why we'll provide food, making sure the fridge and pantry are full of nutritious fresh food and you're free to cook your own meals to meet your taste and eating schedules.
Let us know if you have any dietarean restrictions or preferences. We enjoy the Mediterranean diet and we mainly eat healthy recipes.
