Helper needed from 25th of June 2025.

Searching for a female worker to help with a guesthouse whitch would be the main task. You would get a room in the house with the family. Driving license requeried, basic cooking sills, good organisation and housekeeping on a good level.
WE CAN ONLY HOST ONE WORKER AT THE TIME.
The farm is 30 min driving from the town Akureyri, the Lake Myvatn area, and also the village Husavik.

In the heart of north Iceland we can offer most popular tourist spots like lake Myvatn, Dimmuborgir, the waterfalls Godafoss and Dettifoss, the whale whatching village Husavik and Asbyrgi. Exept from that Akureyri is only 30min drive away, you can join Icelandic Language course, salsa classes and many other activities. You'll be surrounded by Icelandic coulture due to the traditional kitchen, local concerts, friends and family. You'll be able to see and experience what it is to live in typical Icelandic family in the countryside.

Arbeit
I'm retired farmer, living in a house next to my guesthouse with five apartments. Main task would be keeping guesthouse in good shape (housekeeping), some small gardening work and bit of help in the house.
Driving license is required.
We offer minimum wages payment for all hours worked
