  Hello !
  
  We are Charlotte & Ludovic, with are the lucky parents of Eno - our 3.5 yrs old precious boy - and Mila - our daughter of 9 months old!
  
  As the family is growing, we are looking for a full time live-in angel who can help with childcare and light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, daily tidying). We are offering a hybrid of exchanged and paid hours - 35h per week for accommodation + food provided & stipend of €700 per month.
  
  We will only consider those writing to us who have experience with taking care of young children (6+ month s old).
  
  Driving license is nice to have. We can provide a car. If not, you must be comfortable riding a e-bike.
  We live in the countryside so having a mean of transportation is essential.
  
  We would prefer someone who speaks Spanish or French.
  
  We have been calling Ibiza home for the past 5 years.
  We live surrounded by fruit trees and birds, we enjoy nature play, meditation, hiking, making fire in the winter, swimming in the summer. Ludo is a creative being and spend many hours in the workshop making hats, Charlotte is passionate about meditation, somatic movements, health & natural remedies and you will find her running around the island to share these with others.
  
  We are advocate of aware parenting, and have been raising a wild child at heart - inspired by Steiner Waldorf philosophy.

  We are happy to take you under our wings and to create time and space for you to explore the island, its community & happenings. If of interest to you, we are also keen on connecting you with other caregivers and forest schools and child-friendly spaces to open up your mind. Of course, it goes without sayin that our passions define our ways of living so you will be exposed to that on a daily basis as we share life as a family.

  We are hoping to find a conscious caregiver for our children. We need someone experienced with babies (6 months old). We value observation, presence, making space for emotions, creative play and quiet time. We are dreaming of a world where children are raised in tribes, old age is the new age :)

  You will have your own room with private bathroom in the house. Everything else - kitchen, living room, outdoor spaces - are shared with us. We value privacy and time alone so will do our very best to ensure you feel respected in that sense.
