  Beschreibung

  I’m based on the Sunshine Coast, just a few minutes from some of Australia’s best beaches. I’ve got a few DIY projects around the house and yard and am looking for someone handy (or just keen to help) to give me a hand.
  
  The tasks are mostly light work: painting, sanding, maintenance, and general odd jobs. Nothing too heavy, but you’ll need to be willing to get stuck in.
  
  I live a pretty active lifestyle and spend a lot of time outdoors. You’ll have plenty of free time to explore the area — beaches, national parks, local markets, etc. Accommodation is a private room or a clean, comfortable setup depending on the timing. I’ll provide meals, and I ask for around 2-3 hours of help a day, 5 days a week.
  
  Sometimes my teenage kids are here visiting, so it's important you’re respectful and comfortable being around a family environment from time to time.
  
  This setup would suit someone independent, practical, and easygoing. If you're looking for a solid base to enjoy the coast while helping out on some honest projects, you’ll fit in well.

  Travellers can learn to surf in my area and also enjoy all the outdoor recreation that is close by with many hiking trails, mountain biking and amazing beaches. I'm also a highly experienced expedition leader and take school groups on overseas expeditions for up to a month at a time so i could pass on large group leadership and management skills.

  Help around the place with lot's of little projects I have like working on my boat or surfboard repairs etc, also helping with keeping the place clean and tidy.
