  Update: From August, I will need help from one Chinese native speaker beside English speakers.
  
  My name is Tran and I live in Hanoi with my husband and two kids. One of my sons is 4 years old, and the other is a baby. We are looking for English-speaking volunteers. I want my kids to learn English so they can communicate fluently with native English speakers once they are grown.
  
  We are looking for help in the evenings: teaching classes to my children and other local children. We would love to have you as part of our life, and together we can eat traditional Vietnamese food, visit famous places in Hanoi, and create close friendships with one another.

  We often organize small social gatherings, enjoy traditional meals together, and explore the surrounding area. You can learn about our customs, language, and local traditions while we learn about yours.
  
  We're happy to share our skills, such as cooking local dishes or basic language lessons, and we welcome any knowledge or ideas you'd like to bring.

  Arbeit

  You will have free time during the day to explore Hanoi or do your own work. Please be home at 4:30 PM every day. Everything will finish by 8:30 PM every day.
  
  If you stay at home during the day, I would love help preparing meals and taking care of the younger baby if you are up to it. The rest of your time is yours to enjoy! On the weekends or holidays, we can go out and explore together.
  
  We are very flexible with our plans, and we are willing to accommodate special requests.

  Unterkunft

  We have a private room available for volunteers. a spacious and comfortable space with a king-size bed and air conditioning. I will cook 3 meals a day for volunteers, plus snacks, but it is ok if you go into town and purchase your own food.

  We live in an apartment complex about kilometer's walk from the train station that will take you into central Hanoi. Train tickets are cheap (about 25k VND one way). There are lots of local shops and cafes within walking distance that will serve all of your needs. If you like playing football, my husband's team plays about 3 times a week and would love to have visitors!

  We have fast, consistent WiFi within our apartment, and there is free WiFi at many nearby cafes. We are not looking to host volunteers who are here to take advantage of free housing and food, or volunteers who only want to drink or party. At the moment, we are prioritizing female volunteers and students, but anyone is welcome to contact us!
