We’re a young and dynamic company managing small hospitality properties in the heart of Bologna, and we’re looking for a new team member to help us with daily operations. If you love meeting people, have an eye for detail, and want to experience life in one of Italy’s most vibrant cities, keep reading!
What We’re Looking For:
🌍 High proficiency in English (Italian is a big plus!)
🛠️ Experience in hospitality is highly preferred
🔧 Basic maintenance skills are a huge bonus
💼 Availability to commit for at least one year

We are a small and young team, working in hospitality structures located in the heart of Bologna. We pride ourselves on creating a clean, comfortable, and inclusive environment for our guests.
Description:
The role involves supporting the daily operations of small hospitality properties in Bologna. What We Offer:
🏠 Accommodation: A private room with a shared bathroom, right in the city center of Bologna—everything is within walking distance!
💶 Salary: €750/month + bonus for about 30 hours of work per week.
🕰️ Flexible Schedule: Perfect for digital nomads—you’ll have plenty of free time for your own projects!
The main responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This includes regular housekeeping tasks, managing linens, and monitoring the condition of facilities.
- Guest Relations: Welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and providing information or support during their stay to ensure a positive experience.
- Logistics and Coordination: Managing schedules for cleaning and guest turnover, coordinating with other staff members or external service providers when necessary.
- Basic Maintenance: Performing minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
The position requires approximately 30 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate peak guest arrival times. Strong English skills are essential, while knowledge of Italian and previous hospitality experience are highly preferred. Basic maintenance skills are considered a valuable asset.
