  Come and help around the house and garden at our home in picturesque Brunswick Heads, 20mins North of Byron Bay. We are a friendly and active working couple who enjoy the outdoors and the idyllic lifestyle of the Northern Rivers. We have a beautiful, shy, ginger cat who lives with us and horses who live a short drive away.

  If you are interested in learning more about horses and outdoor healthcare, are outdoorsy and enjoy exploring places of natural beauty, surfing, snorkelling, kayaking or swimming this may be the perfect spot for you. Bicycle available for you to explore locally.

  Arbeit

  There's always work to do around the house - including cleaning and odd tasks as well as some gardening - e.g. pruning, planting, weeding, mowing. We also have horses and sometimes need help out at the paddock with general maintenance tasks, horse experience a bonus!

  Unterkunft

  You will be staying in your own bedroom within our family home. You will have access to a quiet study/reading/lounge space that gives on to the verandah (which I only use occasionally). You will be expected to take care of your own food needs - and you will have use of the kitchen, together with fridge and cupboard space to store your things.

  Was noch ...

  We are within cycling distance (10 mins) to the centre of Brunswick Heads, the ocean and our beautiful river. The town is relaxed and friendly with great cafes and restaurants, there are beautiful beaches for walking and swimming close by, including the protected lagoon area of Torakina as well as the river - for those who prefer an alternative to the waves! Standup paddle boarding and kayak hire are easy to access.
