We're a small, cozy place , newly opened with a vibrant and growing community. Would you like to join the family and be part of our journey?
Our place is run by Bilge, a solo traveller, software engineer, and social media manager. We have poured our heart and soul into creating a cozy and welcoming space.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You’ll likely be a great fit if you’re independent, responsible, and curious by nature.
Our place is in Kaleiçi (Old Town) and by the coast, with free access to beautiful rocky beaches. It’s the perfect spot for those who love exploring historical sites and enjoying the sea.
We cook together, enjoy good conversations, and experience local life as a team.
Every week, we organize small but fun international gatherings. and engkish speaking club. There are also boutique and creative tours that volunteers can join.

Here you can constantly meet very interesting people from all around the world and focus on learning anything you are interested in, or do your remote work on your free time. We are located in a perfect area where you can walk to many historical places, beaches and old town, or easily take any kind of transportation to any attraction.

We need someone with kindness and a positive attitude towards both staff, guests and local people from our weekly event. We’re looking for individuals who can contribute to a warm and friendly environment.
We have two distinct opportunities, and Workawayers are expected to take part in both. Please read the details carefully before applying. :)
1- English Speaking Club
We’re looking for friendly and social people to join our English speaking clubs, held 2–3 times a week. Locals and travelers meet in small groups to practice English in a relaxed setting.
As a speaker, you’ll help lead conversations, make guests feel welcome, and share your own stories. It’s a fun way to connect and contribute.
We’re flexible with topics and always open to new ideas.
Minimum stay: 2 weeks
Perks: Free accommodation and 1 lunch
2. Social Environment/Media Creator
Tasks: Organizing events and activities, running basic workshops for guests, and managing our weekly event with local people.
Hours: Flexible, depending on planned activities (to be coordinated together).
Requirements: Some artistic or social talent and organizational skills.
Minimum stay: 2 weeks.

Unterkunft
You will be accommodated at dorm room, shared with other volunteers. We have fully equipped kitchen with stocks of supplies, and the commun lunch for staff is prepared by the employee and you when you are on morning shift.

We are located in Old Town, just an 8-minute walk to the coast. There are trams and buses to take you wherever you want to go.
