Hey there!
My name is Anna-Marie (26), I’m from Prague, Czech Republic and I just finished my masters in Belgium. I’m passionate about all kinds of sports and arts. Before covid, I took a gap year and travelled around Europe, North Africa and South East Asia. Then I lived in London while I was at university there.
I love learning and trying new things. This year I took up dancing , specifically cuban salsa and bachata, but I wanna try other styles too like line dancing or country swing. I’m a very sporty and outdoorsy person too. At the moment I’m in Jotunheimen, Norway where I do a lot of skiing and hiking on glaciers.
My current goals include getting a scuba certification, learning French, and skiing the famous powder in Japan before immersing myself in the cowboy culture in Canada. I’d also love to learn more about the First Nations while I’m there.
I’d be happy to help out with anything you might need and to join you on your adventures. I’m good with animals, especially horses, if you’ve got any. I spend most of my life around them, even had one of my own.
I’ve also got a lot of experience in the hospitality industry and customer service from bartending to housekeeping so if you need help in the house or with guest accommodation then I’m your girl!
Professionally I’m pursuing a career in humanitarian aid and development cooperation. Through internships I’ve gathered experience managing social media so I can help with that too. In my spare time I write a little blog about my life and travels. :)
