We are currently traveling the sierras here in Ecuador, returning to Manabí in December.

Hello All,
We are Rosario and Bill. We are currently traveling Ecuador, deciding where we might settle down and call home. We have been volunteering at language institutes and hostals.
I am from the United States. Rosario and I met in Ecuador, and have been together for 2 years and we have been traveling together for some time now. Rosario lived in a large Ecuadorian city and worked for corporations for much of her earlier life, and was most recently managing a small hostel in a small fishing village on the coast. We enjoy traveling and helping other people. I have a strong background in sales and helping people achieve their goals and succeed (leadership) in the US. I have had a few months of experience helping with English speaking practice, and helped the hostel set up Airbnb and the Expedia group of websites (such as Travelocity and hotels.com). I also handled reservations and communication with guests on the bookings platform and helped to upsell meals and other things. Rosario is a great compliment, she is detail oriented and bi-lingual (Spanish and English), has experience in hostel personnel management and has great detail to cleanliness (6 years). Rosario helped with administrative and some teaching at a English language institute in Guayaquil for 8 years, and has been very helpful at other language institutes over the last few months expecially with a1 and a2 level students.
We are both organized and clean people who find happiness together.. seeing new places, learning about new cultures, and building relationships and friendships. I enjoy the tightly connected smaller communities I have encountered in both Colombia and Ecuador. We are both easy going, professional, and polite.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We are both good with people, task oriented, and tend to work a little too hard. Rosario keeps a hostel in 5 star cleanliness and organized, along with helping the people in the community who surround the hostel, and is able to achieve even more through the people who choose to work with her.
I have owned my own successful business for many years, and have a corporate background before that. Most everything I have done involves sales, betterment of the people who work with me, and achieving goals as a team. I am currently studying Spanish, and enjoy the cultures here in Latin America.

Was noch ...

We enjoy a good cup of coffee, artisanal ice cream, and both of us enjoy many different foods. Not very often will you catch us watching TV, but sometimes on a relaxing day, maybe a movie on Netflix or a few episodes of a crime drama once in a while.
It is nice to be with someone where we can simply enjoy each other's company, and the day as it unfolds. I have a tendency to be a planner, and Rosario lives more in the day. Together we are able to not overlook the present but still plan for the future.
