Beschreibung

I am Claudia, traveling with my 16 yr old daughter, Fraya. We have been workaway hosts in a nature space in Amsterdam for over 10 years, and have created lifelong bonds this way. So we decided to travel like this too! We want to experience new places like a local, and contribute with our experience, including managing locations, marketing and social media, organizing activities, decorating, (volunteer) community building.

I am the founder of Terragon Nature Lab, a nature space in the Netherlands dedicated to children camps, nature education and regenerative living research. We have been operating in Amsterdam for 20 years. We have been hosts in workaway (and other platforms) for over 1 0 years and have hosted 300+ lovely people around the world.

This time, my daughter Fraya and I decided to have a mom/daughter trip, and explore Puerto Escondido while supporting projects like ours, while my husband and older son go back to Amsterdam.
Some of the things that we can help you:
General management, marketing/website and operations advice (Claudia)
Community Building: develop Community Agreements for both customers and for volunteers. (Claudia)
Manage bookings, respond to inquiries, optimize processes (Claudia and Fraya)
Social Media photos and videos (iPhone 15), social media image advice (Fraya and Claudia)
Decorating: Fraya has the touch of beauty and can improve spaces using simple things.
Organizing activities: trips, team building activities, can teach yoga and awareness practices, among other activities (Claudia and Fraya)
