Dear you,

I am Mat, and would love to meet you!

Have u ever wondered, what a life looks like that is truly lived? I did - and this question stays with me throughout all my life, with the answer always adapting to the lessons learned. It is like a Koan in the Buddhist philosophy - there is no proper answer to it, but meditating about it will still be fruitful.

There are some answers I found that I am sure are true for myself - at least up until now. Imagining a life truly lived, I see myself as one with all - meaning nature (as this is what I am), community and openness to life with all its changes. It can be as simple as that. Of course we could go into depth here, but this is to safe up for when we actually meet.

So, what am I looking for here? I’m just about to change my life in a way that makes it possible for me to be present every moment and enjoying all the little and big things around me - being in harmony and oneness. I would love to spend my time with open-hearted people and learn more about self-supported off grid-living, permaculture, horses & animals in general, languages & foreign cultures and of course life itself (+ many other things).

Being a lover of the great outdoors, I am passionate about everything that you can do outside. I do rock climbing & bouldering, trekking & hiking, kayaking and many other things. In the summers I am working as an outdoor-guide in Sweden to share this passion. I like to get my hands dirty working with the land and will always be a good help with whatever there is to do. It is very likely that you could also find me listening and dancing to music, reading, or meditating. Other then that, you can expect a mindful companion with a bright mood and deep devotion to nature and its universal laws :)
