Beschreibung

I love people and what we can share and learn from each other.
I am comfortable on my own but LOVE company that’s why I want to be living and sharing with others. I have lots of life stories to share and I’m a very good listener. I worked most of my life with teenagers and young adults as a teacher and social worker so I get along with all different ages.
I am passionate about the environment, I love to garden, grow my own fruit and vegys, and get my hands dirty and I know lots about how to grow food in home gardens.
I am independent… what does that mean …I’ll tackle any task and have a go at anything. I get things done and don’t need much help. I can cook, sew, dig a hole ....maybe only smaller ones, and paint but Im not so good at things that need lots of muscle. Im good on a computer but not an expert.
I love to walk anywhere. And I do Yoga and walk most days to keep fit.
Ive always had pets but now I am travelling I can get my pet time by helping with other peoples pets.
if my partner is with me...he is a builder handy man and furniture repairer. he just needs tools and he can do any building work.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

we have had so many interesting jobs and passions. So can help in many ways.
Ive done 5 different community food gardens in different climates in Australia - tropical to Mediterranean temperatures and love getting my hands in dirt and growing food.
For the last 20 years Ive run my own Airbnb homes, hosting people in my home and also running 2 holiday houses. So can help with small or medium sized accommodation set ups - cleaning, washing, setting up and cooking for guests or helping staff to do their job well.
we both wake early so don’t expect us to be up late at night, we are fit and funny and love the joys in life.
I had a small farmlet for 10 years with sheep, chickens and ducks orchard and vegetables.
Ralf has had dogs and is a great trainer.
He is a handy man builder and furniture repairer. very handy with all sorts of building and renovating.
we are a practical do it team.

Was noch ...

I am 65 years old, very young at heart and active. my partner Ralf speaks German fluently and is 63. We are both fit and together we have a lot of skills and experience.
We love to laugh and tell stories and have been sharing our home with others for ever it seems, so are very used to shared living and making sure every-one has their own space and time but also to help when needed.
and if you like food I do too... I love to cook with what I grow and to make big shared meals to go with conversation and laughter.
We are staying in EU / UK between June and October 2025. We dont like being tourists so thats why we want to work and live with families and with other people. My daughter lives in Liverpool in UK so her home will be our base but we will be in UK, Germany France and Italy..so message us.
