I absolutely love anything to do with nature - sea swimming, hiking, just started some rock climbing and sometimes surfskating. I love journaling and making art too. Interested in wild camping!!

Hello hello stranger!

My name is Nadia, nice to e-meet ya :) I'm from Ireland, started my travel journey last year through workaway and have been bopping around since. I'm currently in Austria working in the kitchen and housekeeping in an eco art camp. I was teaching in Spain in an academy for a little while - but had to hit pause and find time for the things I love again (I'm just not ready to settle yet, this girl's got itchy feet). I still have the summer period free, July and August, I'm going with the wind at the moment but would love to get involved in any animal care, gardening, social work, hospitality, anything that is high energy with soft skills is good for me :)

If you like Mediterranean food you're in luck as I'm half Lebanese (and Irish food is beige) maybe we can cook up a storm and chit chat! I am a fast learner and always open to learning new skills and sharing the ones I have. I'm interested in learning blacksmithing, woodworking, smelting. Anything that is methodical with tools- count me in.
*Not interested in party destinations, into wholesome moments and alternative learning

I love to horse ride but it's been some years, I'd love to work with animals again (I'm not afraid of getting down and dirty) . I worked in food and hospitality, I am a trained barista, barwomen and waitress (so I know how to pull a good pint and as they say in Ireland, I have the gift of the gab). I worked in the public sector for three years in arts management, cultural events and family centres (I have soft skills from working with vulnerable children, will make hot chocolate for everyone if someone is having a bad day).

I'm super interested in working with animals, NGO's, children and vulnerable people. I would like to upskill my knowledge of off grid living, but this is a long term process :) Please feel free to send me a message if you'd like to link!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I worked in waitressing and front of house reception work for over six years. I am a fully trained barista, front of house supervisor, barwomen, and cleaning. My expertise is community work, bringing services to displaced people of migrant and diverse backgrounds particularly asylum seekers. My passion is art, creating art myself, collaboratively and working in a commercial/managerial environment.
