Hello there!

My name is Tammy. For most of the year you’ll find me outside working as a gardener in southern Rhode Island, USA. As this is a seasonal position, I’m eager to make a meaningful contribution to others through Workaway.

When I’m not tending the gardens, you can find me hiking in the mountains, walking on trails, chasing waterfalls, meditating or catching a sunrise or sunset.

I am passionate about travel and caring for the land we walk upon and excited to be of service. I love discovering and exploring cultures and places. I bring with me a willingness to learn, laugh, be present and work hard.

I enjoy being outside in any type of weather. Hiking is one of my favorite activities. I do my best to meditate daily and prioritize peace above all. I am always up for a good board game and enjoy reading just about anything!

I feel such gratitude for the opportunity to help others while getting to experience all the beauty the world has to offer.
