Hi,

We’re Sander and Suzan, a Belgian couple traveling through eastern Europe in our mobilehome.

We love exploring new places, camping, and multi-day hikes. We're looking for hands-on experiences in permaculture, farms, mountain huts, and cheesemaking. This to explore potential future endeavours.

Sander has a 9-year background in IT, but his true passion lies in restoring old vehicles and cooking. He’s brought a classic car and bike back to life (including metal shaping, welding, ...) and has gained experience in gardening by designing and building our own garden from scratch. He’s also skilled in home renovation and small construction projects. Sander loves practical, hands-on tasks and prefers them over IT work.

Suzan loves traveling and embracing new challenges and adventures. She seizes opportunities to explore, which led her to complete her studies in Interior Architecture and Urban Design in various locations around the world (Ghent, Madrid, Canada, and Milan). She worked at a spatial planning office for five years before embarking on this current journey. She loves diving into DIY projects, from simple sewing machine tasks to being a self-taught knitter. Her happy place is in the garden with our chickens and red cat, either reading a book or practicing yoga.

We’re happy to help with gardening, animal care, and food production, but also building and woodworking. In our free time, we love hiking, via ferrata, snowboarding, board games, and enjoying good food, wine, and beer, preferably in good company!

Looking forward to meeting new people and sharing great experiences!

We are a hands-on couple with a mix of technical, practical, and organizational skills. We love learning new things and are always eager to help.

Sander's skills
- Mechanics & bodywork (restored a classic car, welding, general repairs)
- Home renovation (small construction projects, woodwork, painting)
- Gardening & landscaping (creating garden spaces, maintenance)
- Cooking (enjoys making hearty meals, especially with fresh/local ingredients)

Suzan's skills

We’re independent workers but also enjoy working in a team. We adapt easily and are not afraid to get our hands dirty.

Was noch ...

In our free time, we love being in the mountains, whether it’s hiking, camping, snowboarding, or via ferrata. We’re also food lovers—always excited to try local dishes, cheeses, wines and beers.

We appreciate simple living. While we enjoy good company and meaningful conversations, we also appreciate silence and peace, taking time to slow down and connect with nature.
