Beschreibung

I'm a 30 year old kiwi, currently heading into my 3rd year up here in Europe.

I'm a lawyer by trade, but realised that there was a lot more to life than sitting in an office and wearing nice suits. So, in 2019 I set off for a few months travel in India, and since then I haven't stopped moving!

I spent Corona lockdown at a Workaway in Morocco,thru-hiked the NZ 3000km Te Araroa Trail, broke both of my arms learning to snowboard, bikepacked from Innsbruck to Greece and back, and moved to Germany where I ended up managing a restaurant, began running Ultra-marathons, and took up Underwater Rugby (all while doing a little bit of lawyer work on the side!).

I'm passionate about the outdoors, and in my spare time I enjoy hiking and exploring. I'm also an avid reader, and very social. I'm from a rural background, and I'm always willing to get stuck in and work hard at the job at hand. I'm enthusiastic about other people, new places, and seeing what the world has to offer - as well as offering a bit of myself to the world too.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have LLB and BCS degrees from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.

I'm very good with the English language, be it reading, writing, or speaking. I've written for magazines and websites before, and can copy edit well.

I'm a social people person, and have good reception, telephone, and administrative skills.

I've managed teams of people before, and have trained volunteers in university advocacy roles.

Previous employment has included :
- Lawyer in NZ District and High Courts
- Student Advocacy Co-ordinator
- Waitress
- Greenhouse / gardening work.

I'm from a family with rural /farming background, and enjoy working outdoors. I'm a very hard worker, and will get stuck in and do my best at any task presented to me!

Was noch ...

I enjoy reading and writing, and usually read at least one book a week.

I like getting outdoors and playing sports, and I enjoy running, skiing, swimming, and Underwater Hockey!

I also like playing boardgames and cards, and just generally sitting around chatting!

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and learning some new skills while I travel.
