Márcia is a freelance artist with a background in textiles, passionate about exploring the connection between material, body, and space. Her work focuses on sustainability, using mostly recycled or natural materials like wood, clay, and plant-based dyes. She has taught textiles for two years, volunteered with children, and loves combining craft, performance, and emotional expression.
João is passionate about outdoor sports, with experience guiding group tours and teaching rock climbing in nature. With a background in Economics, he brings a balance of strategic thinking and adaptability to any project.
We both share a calm, adventurous spirit and a natural ability to help others feel safe and confident — even outside their comfort zones.
Together, we’ve gained practical experience in agricultural work, animal care, festival construction, and campervan remodeling — projects that have strengthened our hands-on skills, creativity, and teamwork. We’re always eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful environments.

I have experience with simple construction and manual work, and I’m a quick learner when it comes to practical tasks. I’m also great with children—I spent a full year working at an outdoor adventure tourism company where I often led activities for kids of all ages. I also hold a Coastal Skipper License, so I’m confident and responsible around boats and the sea. I speak fluent English, Portuguese is my native language, and I can get by in Spanish too.

Outside of work, we love staying active and being in nature and exploring new landscapes.
We also enjoy quiet moments like reading, cooking and arts and crafts. Chess and Catan are our favorite board games. We are always curious to learn new things, whether it’s a local tradition, a new sport, or a new way of doing something. Meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing good conversations and experiences is our goal.
