Beschreibung

Hi, I'm Martyna (26), an all-rounder, caring, open-minded and always up for a good conversation.

In nature, mountains or somewhere by the sea is where you'll find me, that's where I thrive. I spend my free time traveling, hiking, swimming, and recently, I’ve discovered scuba diving so I'm excited to explore the world both above and below the surface.

As a real Capricorn I'm disciplined, ambitious, and practical. People say I'm curious, adaptable, and always smiling. I find myself in stimulating environments and love connecting with people from different backgrounds.

While I’m new to Workaway, I have experience in international volunteering and believe that enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and my willingness to learn can make up for anything I don’t yet know!

My ultimate dream is to explore and eventually live in New Zealand, but for now, I want to give back during my backpacking journey :) Sure, I love chilling on a beach and discovering new spots, but I also need a sense of purpose. I want to be useful, make my hands and mind work, and contribute.

I believe there’s nothing we can’t do if we truly want it - a mindset that keeps me pushing my limits and discovering new sides of myself.

I like getting my hands dirty - I can help with manual work like painting, maintenance, gardening etc. I have experience in teaching languages, working in a dog shelter, a social community center with vulnerable kids and teenagers, and in a kindergarten.
I've worked many years in customer care, as a recruiter and in a café.
I’m a quick learner, taking on new challenges and making others happy.

I studied Applied Linguistics and Management & Marketing but I've always felt better in a field rather than in an office.

I’m a low-maintenance, adaptable solo backpacker, with no dietary or health restrictions.
