Hello, my name is Mikel, from the US! Growing up, my father taught high school geography which helped ignite an interest for learning about different cultures, people and landscapes! Not surprisingly, experiencing a new place excites me to no end!
I have had one Workaway experience in New York 2021 and dreamed of getting back to it ever since!
My goal here is to meet and help interesting people, see new places, and overall, have authentic experiences by helping local people and breaking out of tourist areas.I am always seeking to learn something new in any environment. New places give me perspective in many ways, namely, on the wider world and my home region.
I dream of one day owning land to operate a subsistence garden and raise animals. It would be a privilege to learn any bit of information of how you manage your property, farm, ranch etc. My profession is cartography so I can make a map of your property or any map that pleases you. :)
I look forward to meeting and exchanging a meaningful experience with you!
