Hello! I'm Molly, 27 and from Birmingham, UK.

I'm all about living a rich, slow life full of joy and creativity. I'm enthusiastic, curious, and open-minded. Really enjoy a chat and getting to know others, and value people with integrity and a good heart. Whilst being outgoing, I also value independence and have a calm, introspective side.

I'm a yoga teacher and recently qualified as a birth doula, and have a real passion for helping others, particularly individuals with extra support needs.

I write poetry and am big into music especially reggae, house, jazz, soul. Being outside in nature is where I feel most at home, and I love exploring wild places.

Cooking is also a big love of mine... it always puts me into such a flow state and I love trying new things as well as baking, fermenting, and slooowwww food. I'm mainly vegetarian but also flexible.

I've been volunteering with Workaway for a few years and love the interesting life experience it offers!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Skills include gardening, cooking, admin, social media, marketing, hospitality, house renovations, maintenance... basically happy to get stuck in and give anything a go!

I've worked in hospitality for over ten years, including bars, cafes, and independent start-ups. I'm a trained barista and have supervised a small team for a year.

I also worked in marketing for a couple of years, and have skills in copywriting, design, digital communication, and social media. In between this, I've worked at an art gallery, market stalls, and as an Au Pair in Australia.

I'm experienced in childcare and have two sisters who are 6 and 9, so feel very comfortable working with children.

I love cooking and have enjoyed growing veg and having a go at fermentation. I volunteered on an eco farm in Sweden last Summer which introduced me to the world of organic farming. This involved gardening, growing fruit/veg, beekeeping, chopping wood, and helping out in their café.
