Hello!
We are Sarah and Asa, a couple based in Asheville, North Carolina, USA, recently moved from Portland, Oregon, USA.
We will be traveling throughout New Zealand from February-July 2025.. Asa is an Internationally Certified Arborist and Sarah works in the nonprofit world, specifically in food access and advocating for folks with disabilities. We are both very energetic, outgoing people who love to explore new cultures and places. In our free time, you can find us out on the trail, climbing boulders or trees, and/or reading and playing games!
Both of us have experience working on farms and in gardens. We intend to further our knowledge of sustainable living and food systems by immersing ourselves into the New Zealand culture.
