Beschreibung
Hi! We are Andrea and Vojtěch, couple from the Czech Republic.
We have decided to put off our studies and travel instead for some time. We would like to explore new countries together with culture and traditions. Our biggest interests are backpacking and hiking, scouting and cold exposure but we like to stay indoors as well with a nice movie or a boardgame.
We are big animal lovers, have some experience with pets, such as dogs, cats and fish, but also with cattle and poultry.
We have strong connection with food - where it comes from, how it was produced etc. Therefore, we admire growing your own vegetables and self-sufficiency on principals of permaculture. Overall nature is the most important thing, everything is connected to it and so are we. We try to live in harmony.
We think we both are easy-going people with sense of humor but also responsibility.
Andrea: nature, creativity (sewing, ceramics, book binding...), cooking, antiques, herbs
Vojtěch: sport, chess, calisthenics, crypto, music, kombucha
About our big adventure:
Almost two years ago, we have set to travel. We started with Ireland, volunteering on farms and than found a job in a B&B through - you guessed it - workaway. Since save some money, it was time to do a big backpacking trip and we chose the Balkans. Hiking, hitchhiking back and forth for four months just with two backpacks, one tent, four dirty sore legs and two smiley faces (also dirty...). Currently we are on Iceland working for three months and after that? We just know workaway is a great of traveling and would like to continue so for a while, after settle and maybe have a property near forest with a dog and a straw house? Yurt? Tiny house? We'll see . The life is open for us, we try not to plan and believe that what shall be, will be.
Other thing we know is that we are very curious. There isn't anything we wouldn't like to try and especially when it is connected ti nature.
We are open to try anything and explore new horizons!

We have a Czech saying - ,,How many languages you know, that many times you are a human." We are open to learn any language, even just the basics, but we are especially interested in Spanish and German. We can of course teach you our native language - Czech.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
Andrea:
In my life I have studied just "general knowledge school" so I am not an expert nor I have a degree. However I would like to think, I know a little of everything (and things I don't know a thing about, I would love to learn!)
I suppose my biggest skill is my creativity - I can often find different ways things can be done. I also love to create things with my hands - sewing (by hand and sewing machine), embroidery, pottery, drawing or painting and hand-crafting in general.
I find my-self responsible, communicative and fast learning.
Vojtěch:
I studied sport and outdoor life at university. So my greatest knowledge is concentrated around that topic. I also consider myself being fit. In that regard I don't mind physically demanding work. I have some experience with building and crafting because of my Father's DIY approach. I would describe myself as an adventurous person who enjoys all kinds of work as long as there is purpose and result in the end.
