Hello I'm Rick
I'm a grounded and genuine guy. I appreciate humour and honesty and openness, to give and take, to create a win win for everybody, a situation where people can be themselves and be creative.
I believe this is the richness of life most people are searching for.
I am very independent and like to set my own agenda wherever possible
I'm curious about being able to teach and perform ideas and stories to others, History, Philosophy, Dance, Music Spoken Word, Mythology - are just a few of my interests - and would like to learn more about.
I like to learn and can teach most of the things I know with pleasure I have experience working within the building trade as a self employed guy for about 10 years in different areas such as;
Painting and decorating/Tiling/Floorlaying a reasonable amount of tricky carpentry and Plumbing.
Planning and seeing through and costing building projects to fit within the aesthetics of a place is something I do, and could be interested in.
Prior to this I have worked many years as a cook and in the hospitality sector, significantly as a kitchen manager of a popular Yoga retreat in the Canary islands..
I would be looking to help somewhere interesting where I could be creative I like the company of creative or people with their own passions.
I speak conversational Spanish and am learning Piano and at this time I would love to meet some musicians or actors/dancers to play collaborate with..
A place with a focus on health and a gym are also a serious consideration
most importantly I love to make genuine human connections and to share humour and life and to uplift everyone in my sphere.
