  Welcome to my off grid homestead for a farm stay. This is a rural community west of Prince George. In the beautiful lakes district of British Columbia.

  Immerse yourself in horses; train, ride , and join in a healing journey with the herd
  There are foals, weanlings and yearlings to halter & lead, 2 & 3 year olds to start-under saddle. Experience is required for training horses together with a longer stay. April -Oct
  -Land based living requires many skills and projects to meet the needs of every season.
  using an axe, x splitting maul, cooking over the fire, hand saw and power tools.
  Organic gardening, harvesting and food preservation. April -Sept
  Wildcrafting, ethnobotany, May -Sept. -identify and learn how to harvest and prepare you evening tea from local wild plants.
  ; fencing and repairs, building with logs, daily
  Cabin finishing both interior and exterior
  Maintaining and creating enclosures for farm animals, and leaving shelters for wildlife
  Firewood cutting , tree cutting. Splitting wood Daily.
  Purposing, recycling and utilizing available materials. Daily
  Bring your ideas, your creativity and enthusiasm to share in a cultural exchange of language, customs, foods, and daily living.
  Enjoy a sauna and cold plunge at the end of a hard day.

  Hiking, bicycling, swimming in the lake, fishing, camping, local farmers markets, cattle auctions, ranches,
  Horse Riding in the forest. Spotting wildlife, elk, deer , bears.
  Indigenous people’s lands communities, their history, and how their ways introduce healing, and togetherness with the land.
  
  There is no smoking, drugs, or drinking, and respect of all guests, environment, animal and plant life is the rule.
