Help with my daughter in off grid community near Covilha, Portugal

  Margarida and my lovely wild kid Adriana here :)
  We live in an off grid property near Covilhã.
  
  I need some help with my daughter, she is three years old. Playing with her, and maybe one or two other kids that live here. She entertains a lot by herself, there is a big forest to play :) But I need to be sure she is safe while I am focusing on work on my laptop.
  
  I am looking for someone more long term so it's more stable to her, but we communicate all the time to make sure you'll want to continue or move away. I offer food on the first day, accommodation and rides from bus/train stations.
  
  I can only afford to give the accommodation I describe, not food (only on the first day so you wont have to go shopping in a rush). So we have to talk to see what is fair for both sides. I believe around 12h per week, of this nanny help (3/4 mornings), are a fair exchange, but let's talk and figure out together!
  
  I am looking for someone that knows or is excited to learn Portuguese words :) And I give preference to someone gentle and joyful, that will conduct my toddler with an easy and respectful approach.
  
  We live in Serra da Estrela where you can find outstanding river beaches, a lot of places to hike and typical traditional villages to visit.
