Description
Our family consists of myself and my 15 year old Mexica-Irish son. We live in a beautiful part of the country. I have travelled, worked & lived in many countries and enjoy exchanging perspectives on culture, social, arts, politics and history. I am seeking a Spanish-speaking volunteer for garden & house work & some basic Spanish conversation . Due to travel & my son's activities, I'm interested in short term hosting - 1- 2 weeks. We live in the countryside, 1km from a village, so someone who enjoys rural life would suit. We are approximately 100km from Dublin. Lots of heritage & historical places to explore around us & we have some flexibility to introduce guests to such places. - 2023

What else ...
We live in beautiful part of the country on the edge of a village (a little over an hour from Dublin). There is a daily indirect bus connection to Dublin. use of bike and car lifts to help explore the surrounding countryside and introduce a volunteer to Irish culture and history and many interesting sites in the area with lakes & hills. There are many festivals and heritage music and cultural events in the area and possibilities to learn new skills.
