Description
We’re a mixed couple, Alissa and Ahmed living on a regenerative farm in the tranquil South Sinai region of Egypt with our two young daughters. Our farm is chemical-free, focusing on sustainable living with free-range ducks, chickens, goats, sheep, and a variety of birds. Most of our food comes from our own land or nearby farms, providing a true farm-to-table experience.
Located just 800 meters from the sea, only a 12-minute walk away, the farm offers stunning views of the mountains. The environment here is incredibly peaceful, with a natural healing energy that comes from the land and the animals. Living in harmony with nature, we find that the farm offers a restorative space for reflection, connection, and growth.
We live alongside a wonderful farmer’s family who helps care for the animals and maintain the farm. Guests stay in our three pyramid-shaped family huts, each offering privacy, while the kitchen and bathroom areas are shared.
If you’re looking for a chance to connect deeply with nature, experience regenerative agriculture, and enjoy the healing effects of living in a serene, natural environment, we’d love to have you join us on the farm.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Living on our farm offers a rich cultural exchange experience. We’re a mixed couple—Egyptian and German/Ukrainian—and in our household, we speak three languages: Arabic, Russian, and English. Our passion for languages means you’ll get to experience a multilingual environment, and we often communicate in other languages depending on who’s visiting.
The farmer’s family, who lives with us on the farm, is from the Nile Delta region of Egypt, bringing their own rich cultural traditions into the mix. Additionally, the farm is situated on Bedouin land, where we regularly interact with our Bedouin neighbors, especially the local children.
We also welcome visitors from Dahab, a nearby town with a very international community, adding another layer of diversity to the experience. You’ll have opportunities to participate in local cultural activities such as working on projects in nearby Bedouin kindergartens or going on desert safaris with our Bedouin neighbors.
This is a truly unique environment for anyone interested in learning about and contributing to a cross-cultural, multilingual community!Help
We are looking for talented individuals from all walks of life who are passionate about sustainability and willing to contribute their skills to our regenerative farm. Whether you have experience designing and executing sustainable permaculture projects, ecological building, or any other talent that can support our mission, we want to hear from you.
Your work could include designing and implementing permaculture or eco-living projects, helping with homesteading tasks, maintaining the farm, and working with natural materials to create decorations. If you have experience with hands-on projects like gardening, animal care, construction, or anything that can contribute to sustainable living, your expertise will be highly valued.Languages

We offer a variety of accommodation options. Our three pyramid-shaped huts can accommodate 2-5 people and are equipped with air conditioning, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Alternatively, you can stay in a large bedroom in the main house or camp in a tent on the field, surrounded by the ducks and chickens. We can provide tents and all necessary camping equipment.
You will receive two meals a day, usually prepared by someone in the community. You can either enjoy a prepared meal or receive the ingredients from the farm to cook your own, depending on your preference. We can discuss what arrangement works best for you.A little more information
