We are passionate about fostering global connections and sharing the wonders of Japan with our guests. With a warm heart and open arms, we invite you to join us in our journey of cultural exchange and discovery.

Please engage with our children in English. We encourage interactive learning over screen iPad / phone time. Our little family members consist of:

    Who Can Join Us
We welcome the international community from families, couples, children, English teachers, and anyone eager to share & care. Our ideal guest is friendly, communicative, and willing to engage with our local community. Experience with young children is a plus, as we cherish moments spent playing and learning together. If you would like to experience living in an environment surrounded by the hills, crop fields, fresh air, sounds of bird chirping, running water streams, this is exactly for you!

    Help Needed
We need your assistance but we also would like to ensure that you benefit from the interaction and get a unique cultural exchange dimension to your stay. Some of the help include:

    1. Aid in household tasks such as vacuum cleaning the living room, washing dishes to keep our home running smoothly.
    2. Caring for our children / Babysitting (Flexible hours; Upon request)
    3. Specifically, we seek assistance in looking after a 8yo young girl from Monday to Friday (3-4 PM). However, this activity can be skipped if guests have other plans. Kindly notify in advance.
    4. Take part in hosting occasional international events for the local community, which may involve cooking, sharing recipes, conducting cultural workshops, or playing music.
    5. Engage our children in English games to facilitate language learning and fun interactions.
    6. During school breaks, additional work hours are required as we host more Japanese families. Expect increased interaction during these times.
    7. DIY projects in our garden.
    8. Danish language teaching (optional)

In return, I can provide free accommodation (Heater is chargeable at a fee. No aircon). I would also love to have you join us for dinner. Dinner will be provided. This is a good moment to converse and get to know each other.
