Description
We are a young family with three young children (0, 2, and 4 years old). My wife is a full-time mother and Housewife and I am a social worker.
We live in a large house with a big garden. It`s naturally renovated with a lot of wood, so we have a cosy living athmosphere.
We live in a beautiful rural area near Lake Constance and the small town of Stein am Rhein.
We are looking for one or two loving and active people who enjoy playing with children and supporting us in our daily lives.
We are open minded, positive thinking and we live the philosophy of Waldorf, which means we take care of nature and all beings.
We live close to the lake of Constance with possibilities to bike, hike and swim.. We`re close to public transportation, so you can visit many beautiful places in Switzerland or Germany.
A friendly and welcoming atmosphere is important to us. If you enjoy looking after children and would like to immerse yourself in our daily lives and actively participate, please send us a message. We look forward to getting to know you and discovering a new culture.

Help
We're primarily looking for help with childcare. Our children are at an age where they need a lot of affection and attention and we want to give them that. It's important for them to spend time outside (at the playground, in nature, or in the forest) because we believe nature is the ideal learning environment for their development.
We don't allow our children to use screens yet. Since summer is just beginning here, it would be nice if you could take our two older children outside for a bit every day.
We would also appreciate help with household chores (cooking, washing dishes, doing laundry, or cleaning).
If you like you can also help out with cooking. Stephani is a vegetarian but the rest of the family sometimes eat meat.
Some spots in the house really need a new look. It would be nice if you could help us with that.
In winter we heat the house with wood. So this is also work we appreciate your help.
We have various other jobs in and around the house.

We live in a big house and you have your own room. We have different roome: We have a studio apartment, including a kitchen or a guest room. You can choose which one you like more. We have to share the bathroom and toilet. But there is always enough room in or around the house to do what you like.
What else ...
We live in northern Switzerland close to Germany and near the famous little old town Stein am Rhein. It`s a very nice region to explore. If you are interested in birdwatching this might be the place for you.
Maybe you enjoy to be around the house or in the garden, maybe you like to find a quiet spot to read or paint. We also have a room to work with wood that you can use. So after work it`s possible for you to be all creative.
We are am interested to host you for a short or long term.
