🌿 Help Build a Vibrant Festival Site in the Heart of Nature! 🌿

Located on 112 acres of stunning Australian countryside, nestled between rolling hills and wide-open skies, our property is home to Lauren & Lou (a fun-loving couple in our 30s) — and a whole mob of curious wild kangaroos!

We welcome Workawayers who enjoy being outdoors, working with their hands, and contributing to something creative and meaningful. Please note:
🗓️ We only host Workawayers last-minute based on our current needs and availability, so please don't email months in advance.

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BE HELPING WITH:
We're preparing our property for a large women’s wellbeing festival and general land improvement. Tasks may include:

    🌿General farm and house help
    🌿Sorting festival gear and decorations
🌿Landscaping: watering, weeding, raking, rock wall building
🌿Installing star pickets, setting up seating areas
    🌿Other practical land maintenance tasks

    🏡 WHAT WE PROVIDE:
All meals and shared kitchen facilities
    Hot showers and toilets
Comfortable shared cabin accommodation for up to 8 people:
A private 3-bed room (double + single) for couples
    A mixed 5-bed dorm room
Or bring your own van or tent — we can supply water and power!

    💡 WHY JOIN US?
Enjoy a peaceful rural escape and a great taste of Australian country life
Be part of a meaningful and creative project
Make new friends — we often host 2–4 Workawayers at a time, so it’s social and fun
Eligible for your 88 days (flood-affected area)
    LGBTIQA+ friendly and inclusive

    🥗 FOOD & DIETARIES:
We provide three meals a day and enjoy cooking and eating together. Please let us know in advance about any dietary needs. We do our best to cater, but can’t accommodate all special diets due to limited resources — thanks for understanding!

    🚆 GETTING HERE:
From Melbourne Airport, get a bus($7-10) or Uber ($20?) to Broadmeadows station
Then catch a V/Line train to Seymour Station ($7–$10 - should be included in bus ticket)

We’ll pick you up from there!

    📅 DURATION:
    We’re currently welcoming short-term stays (3–14 days)
    Longer periods (30-60 days) around Feb/Mar & Sep/Oct
    .

    📩 BEFORE YOU APPLY:
    Please let us know:
Any physical limitations or health issues (farm work can be physical)
