    Description

    Hi,

    My husband and I are owner builders in one of the world’s best sustainable lifestyle villages in the south west of Western Australia, a beautiful region full of gorgeous swimming and surfing beaches, caves, wineries, bike tracks and bush walks.

    We have finished building our passive solar timber framed home and have now moved in. We're enjoying living in an organic permaculture-based community and are growing our own veggies.

    My husband is also helping our daughter, husband and two young boys build their passive solar home only a block away. He's currently putting up the gyprock inside and someone to help lift the gyprock for the walls and ceiling would be great. Then there's flushing and sanding in preparation for painting. A willing helper with an added experience in carpentry would be very useful at this stage, as well as a willingness to clean and get ready for any of the next steps.

    Having your own car to have the freedom to go to and from the village is better for you, as there's so many wonderful places to discover and enjoy.

    You would have your own bedroom, bathroom and toilet, with shared living areas and healthy meals.
