Description
Hi! We’re a small family beginning the journey of creating Verde Vivas — a Kin’s Domain-inspired homestead and nature-based community in Paraguay. While we haven’t found our land yet, we’re actively searching and living in alignment with the vision we’re building: a peaceful, family-centered lifestyle rooted in nature, non-toxic living, and child-led learning.
We’re worldschoolers with a 4.5-year-old daughter, and we dream of a place where children are free to play, explore, and learn naturally, while families grow food, build with earth, and live simply in connection with each other and the land. Our future plans include a natural swimming pool, forest play and learning spaces, a shared outdoor kitchen, a multicultural gathering center for classes and workshops, and an open space for people to share what they know and learn from one another.
We lean toward a raw vegan and non-toxic lifestyle, though we believe everyone should be free to live how they choose on their own space. We’re excited to welcome helpers, especially those interested in alternative education, permaculture, natural building, herbalism, holistic parenting, or hands-on creativity.
We’d love to connect with others — individuals or families — who are interested in joining us temporarily or potentially long-term, whether to help build, share ideas, or feel into the vision of Verde Vivas. We're also open to hosting a mother’s helper, especially someone fluent in Spanish or Russian, to support our daughter’s language learning while sharing in everyday life and play.
Right now, we’re happy to connect with Workawayers who want to be part of this project from the beginning — whether you’re passing through Paraguay, helping us scout land, or just curious about what it takes to start something meaningful from the roots up.
About us: We love to travel, play board games, play pickleball, swim, do yoga, hike, and have meaningful conversations. We enjoy doing language exchanges and learning new things from everyone that we meet.
