  Hello everyone, my name is Muriel, and I'm inviting you to my little paradise, which I created myself and my son Marco over the 30 years I've been living in this beautiful area of ​​the Valencian Community.
  Our goal is to host a calm, independent person with a knack for gardening and vegetable gardening. They can help us with the chores required in a rural area filled with plants and green spaces like ours. They can also help with any tasks that may arise related to the house, furnishings, and general maintenance.
  The exchange agreement would be 4 hours of work in exchange for an all-inclusive room in our cottage. The house has its own separate exit for the volunteer and a bathroom for guests. We have solar panel electricity, a pool, Wi-Fi, and everything we need. Of course, the food we would love to share together every day is included. If you're someone who likes to work for yourself, enjoy life's little joys, and live a peaceful life, then we're sure to get along very well, because that's exactly what we like. You also have to like dogs, as we can have between 4 and 6 depending on the time, and we also have a cat who lives in another part of the house.
  My son Marco is 90% blind and has a partial disability. So it's obviously important for the person to have the social skills and patience to relate to a person with certain special needs.
  We are located about 55 km from Valencia, 39 km from Castellón, and about 21 km from the beaches of Moncófar and Puerto de Sagunto. We live in a rural area far from everything, between the Sierra Calderona and Sierra de Espadan mountains. The nearest grocery store is a 7 km walk from the city center, and the nearest town with everything you need is 13 km away, so a car or at least a driver's license is essential.
  The length of stay is a minimum of one week and a maximum of one month. The work schedule is flexible, as we are only a few people and we can easily accommodate each other.
  We have a nearby shelter for dogs and other animals owned by some friends, with whom it is possible to collaborate and visit. There are many volunteers from all over the world.
  I know many rural trails in the area that I can show you. I invite you to share with us and enjoy the magic of this beautiful rural area!

  Hola a tod@s, me llamo Muriel y os invito a mi pequeño paraíso, que he creado yo misma junto a mi hijo Marco, desde hace ya mas de los 30 años que vine a esta preciosa zona de la comunidad Valenciana.
  Nuestra idea es alojar a una persona tranquila e independiente, que sea manitas y que tenga experiencia con huerta y jardineria, para que nos ayude con las labores que demanda un espacio rural lleno de plantas y espacios verdes como el nuestro. También tareas que puedan surgir en relación con la casa, el mobiliario y el mantenimiento general del espacio.
  El acuerdo de intercambio seria de 4h de trabajo a cambio de una habitación con todo incluido dentro de nuestra casita. La casa tiene su salida independiente para el voluntario y un baño también para los invitados. Tenemos luz por placas solares, piscina, wifi y todo lo necesario y se incluye por supuesto la comida que compartiríamos cada día juntos encantados.
  Si eres una persona a la que le gusta trabajar por su cuenta y disfrutar de las pequeñas alegrías de la vida y vivir en calma, entonces seguro nos llevamos muy bien, porque eso es justamente lo que nos gusta a nosotros. También te han de gustar los perros, pues podemos tener entre 4 y 6 según el momento, y también tenemos una gatita que vive en otra zona de la casa.
  Mi hijo Marco es ciego en un 90% y tiene una deficiencia parcial. Por lo que obviamente es importante que la persona tenga habilidades sociales y paciencia como para relacionarse con una persona con ciertas necesidades especiales.
  Nos encontramos a unos 55km de valencia capital, a 39km de castellon y a unos 21 km de las playas de moncofar y puerto de sagunto. Vivimos en medio de una zona rural alejada de todo, entre la sierra calderona y la sierra de espadan. La tienda más cercana donde puedes comprar comestibles está a 7 km caminando del centro, y el pueblo más cercano con todo lo que necesitas de la ciudad está a 13 km por lo que es imprescindible tener coche o como minimo carnet de conducir.
  El tiempo de estancia es de mínimo 1 semana y máximo 1 mes. El horario de trabajo es flexible, ya que siendo pocas personas podemos adaptarnos entre nosotros perfectamente.
  Tenemos cerca un refugio de perros y otros animales de unos amigos con el que es posible tener colaboraciones e ir a visitar en el que hay muchos voluntarios de todo el mundo.
  Conozco muchísimas rutas de campo por la zona que te puedo mostrar. Te invito a compartir con nosotros y a disfrutar de la magia de esta bonita zona rural!
