Hello to you all !!!
How are you ??!
We are happy to meet all the interesting and wonderfull people that decide to explore the WORLD and live beautiful experiences with different families and cultures. Here in this family adventurous and empathic people are always welcome!!
We have decided to update our profile cause we have had a lot of changes since last time we wrote. We have had works of refurbisment in our home and also enlarged it so for the past years we couldn't take workawayers. Now we are ready to welcome you for we have a new and beautiful house :)). We also have an important change ... for the past six months, we've been fostering a 5-year-old girl whose family can't care for her right now. Bea has a foster sister! She'll be staying with us possibly until the end of the summer, and we're so excited to be able to teach her so many things. You can meet her in photo 2 of our profile … Oh and by the way ... we bought a van to fit everyone in !! ahahhaa
We started having workawayers already nine years ago and we really enjoy the experience of sharing our daily life with people from different countries and cultures. In these past years we had THE VISIT OF FOUR OF OUR PAST WORKAWAYERS, Tamina, Marco, Kaisa and Marlena ...
We are a young and active family with three children. Two boys aged 11 and and 12 years old and a little girl of 6. (Plus our new foster girl of 5 for the time being).
We love to have somebody from abroad at home because I had this experience when I was a child and I remember it lots of fun ! Also my mum ended having a very special relation with the Au pairs that came.
For now we have had several experiences with workawayers, already more than fifteen of them living with us for we started with this some years ago as I said, and we are really happy with he idea of YOU coming to join our family !!
We would like the Workawayer to play with the children. Help us look after the day to day and SPECIALLY talk to them in English and making them talk so they can go slowly learning. For us making them talk is super important so we are happy to host super talkative ahahaha . We also need someone that can help us pick them from school.
We are a very happy, very active family and we like to enjoy life. We will gladly show you many places in Spain and especially in Andalusia. Children are good and enjoy a lot playing with each other as you can see in the photos !

Around Malaga there is lots to see ! Beautiful cities such as Sevilla/ Granada / Córdoba but you can also get to Portugal or Morocco cause they are not far away at all.
The beaches in Almeria are absolutely amazing and so are the ones in Cadiz so we will gladly take you there for visiting.
We also travel regularly to Madrid cause granny lives there and you could very much join us !!

Help
About our needs what we normally need is taking and picking the kids from school and sports and looking after them in the park in the afternoons or help with baths and dinners. In general an extra pair of hands.
So we would need help in the mornings to dress and take the boys to school which is a 15 min walk from home (this is at 9h ).
Then free time until around 16h when we would need the Workawayer to pick up the boys an Bea from school or sports and then play with them or help the with English homework, althought daddy and mum are nearly all the time around.
After this they normally go to play with their friends and then we do baths and dinners. But we would only need help for this some of the afternoons or partly for they have sports, swimming and english some of the afternoons.. In total it will not be more that 5h a day ( MONDAY-THURSDAY ) and normally on Fridays you would only have to take the kids to school and afterwards you can have free time the rest of the day.
We would also need a night of babysitting in the weekends, normally Saturdays, but this we normally agree plus we normally leave a whole weekend free every month (including fridays) for her/him to travel further away : ))
( WE WANT TO ADD THAT WE NORMALLY TAKE WORKAWAYERS THAT WANT TO JOIN US FOR AT LEAST 6-8 WEEKS. THE KIDS ARE STILL LITTLE FOR A LOT OF CHANGES. Thanks !! )

The Workawayer will have her/his own room and a shared bathroom.
Before we lived in a flat in the Historical District and now we have moved to a house in the city center with a little patio and a terrace to sunbathe ; ) We have just refurbished it!

We live Very near the city centre so everything is easy and fun here.

Unfortunately i could only stay for a month. Paula speaks perfect english and the boys understand the most i was saying. All of them are open-minded and will try to give you a great experience in Spain!
Even so she has been súper helpful and ready to adapt to all the changes we had to do !
At least we had the chance to try some vegan delicious meals.
It’s a real petty she couldn’t stay any longer.
