Currently we are doing Travel Workaways. Please read UPDATE for our next Workaway location.
We are based in Medan. Medan is a cool city to check out authentic local culture in Indonesia. There is almost no tourist here. Kualanamu airport KNO is the main entry point to Sumatra, sixth largest island in the world with interesting places such as Bukit Lawang (Orang Utan), Lake Toba (the world largest volcanic lake), Nias (surfing) and more. Great to explore Sumatra first, before going on to Jakarta, Java, Bali, Lombok, Raja Ampat and more.

We are also looking for volunteers with strong wellness and healthy living knowledge to share with us, so we can improve living qualities and communities around us.
We are also trying to setup a good charity project for an elementary school in Medan. We are looking for volunteers to help us come up with some ideas and to assist in carrying them out with the boys.

Looking for native speakers in Mandarin, English and other languages for the boys. We can do online sessions and we can work out some compensations as well.
Accommodation
In our current Travel Workaway, we usually book a separate accommodation for our volunteers. We usually ask them to choose their own stay.
What else ...
We usually like volunteers who are striving to achieve some results with the boys by the end of the trip. Our trips are usually pretty fun, lots of activities, trying different food, many new places to check out. We want everyone to have great time, yet at the same time try to contribute as much as possible to the boys.
We are always trying to provide and share all we can, but sometimes there is a rare person joining us just to get all the benefits and fun of our travel, while just trying to do as minimal as possible. It was so bad that I did not even want to spend anything at all on them.
On the other hand, most are helping so much with our trips that I keep trying to think on how to give them more. We currently do have lots of limitation, while hopefully in the future we can share more and more. Please share how you will fit well with us. Thank you so much for reading this.
