  Are you passionate about children, nature, or adventure? Come be part of our entrepreneurial family in the stunning Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines! We left our home in Australia 6 months ago to give our kids an experience of a lifetime. We are a dynamic family of four – Dad, Mum, our 5-year-old daughter, and our 3-year-old son – along with our amazing nanny. We live just 5 minutes from the beach and are surrounded by the best diving spots, eco villages/farms and seaside locations the island has to offer.
  
  We are looking for a fun-loving, responsible female (aged 22-35) with some au-pair or youth experience to help with unschooling/homeschooling our children. You’ll have your own private room with air-con, enjoy and help prepare home-cooked meals, and be part of a warm, nurturing family environment. You'll also have the chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture while supporting our kids’ educational journey.
  
  Our property is spacious with five bedrooms, a beautiful pool, and a large outdoor area for dining, for play and learning. We have a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to foster creativity and exploration. You’ll also have plenty of downtime to enjoy the beach, go on hikes, or take part in local activities.

  About Us:
  - Mum (Ellen): A sustainability and environmental engineer from New Zealand, working remotely and enjoying yoga and the outdoors.
  - Dad (Joel): An entrepreneur from Australia, involved in adventure eco-tourism, outdoor education, digital marketing and business.
  - Kids: Our curious and energetic daughter (5) and son (3), who are always exploring and learning through play, nature and the outdoors
  - Nanny: Our nanny is local and has a wealth of experience and knowledge, including teaching our kids, creative play, general home help and preparing delicious meals.
  
  We look forward to welcoming someone who can be part of our exciting journey, helping shape our children's early education and learning experience in this tropical paradise.

  What We Are Looking For:
  - Experience: Preferably someone with experience in au-pair, childcare, tutoring, or babysitting. A love for life long learning.
  - Age: 22-35 years old.
  - Personality: A love for children, a passion for teaching, and a willingness to embrace a creative, hands-on approach to learning.
  - Duration: Minimum stay of 1 month, with the opportunity to extend.
  - Hours: 5-6 hours a day, 4-5 days a week.
  - Our kids: Very creative and enjoy anything art, recreational, outdoors, nature and reading/writing.

  Accommodation

  As mentioned if you are suited to being a live-in, we have a large 5 bedroom house, with a full kitchen, dining area and lounge room. A private room with a queen size bed, desk and aircon as well as a bathroom is available. All rooms have air conditioning. Outdoors we have a big yard with a pool, outdoor lounge area, outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower. The internet speed is 400MBs utilising starlink roam.

Enjoy the outdoor pool, lounge, and spacious yard. - Meals: All meals are provided, with plenty of healthy Filipino and Western options. if you like to cook we'd love you to share your favourite dishes with us too! - Internet: Fast Wi-Fi (400MBPS via Starlink) – perfect if you need to stay connected. - Time Off: 3 days off per week, with flexible hours to explore Panglao Island and beyond.Fast and free internet minimum 400MBs via Starlink - Transport: Use of our motorbikes or vehicle when needed. - Join us on Tours: We are yet to explore all iconic tourism locations, so jump on board and even suggest spots, we'll make it happen together.
