Description
I have recently moved from Venice to the south. i am a strict vegan antispeciest. in the future i would like to organise a vegan home restuarant with home grown veg to divulgate the vegan condept.I have been the owner of a vegan restuarant for 15 years and before moving to the south i was the caretaker of an animal santuary. i was attracted to the occasion of managing the land and the residence(which previosly were abandoned) imersed in the country of olive figs and almond trees.in close contact with the sun and the moon.And of course the silence.

my progect is to restore one hectare of land previosly abandoned. There are olive trees figs and almonds and plenty of space to coltivate vegetables.
