Description
I love travelling and making connections, I love nature, children and animals. I am a very outdoor person who needs nature on a daily basis.
For many years I worked in environmental NGOs, doing community work but also international and intercultural projects and as an organic farmer on my own apple farm. I also love to connect people from different backgrounds.
I like learning about different cultures and sharing experiences and I love travelling with my 9 y.o kid who also is an enthusiast of discovering new places and making friends.
I have also another quite organized side from my previous career in finance and audit, which makes me able to deal with tasks involving budget , resource and time management.Interests

More details about your skills
I started my organic apple and vegetable farm in 2010 so I have skills related to gardening, organic farming and permaculture, including seed saving and managing a vegetable garden. It also includes some knowledge related to making preserves and collecting herbs, fruits and mushrooms from the wild. I also understand the requirements of countryside life as I am myself living on a bit isolated farm.
I worked in my "previous life" in audit and finance and as managing director so I have also skills related to administration, budgeting, computer skills including building simple websites, also accounting and writing grant applications.
Working for NGOs, I managed intercultural and international projects, always focusing on community development and environment.
I have have excellent skills in languages and translation in English, French, Polish and Russian. I am a good writer in English, French and Polish. I have no problem with understanding other cultures and different points of view.
I brought up much younger brothers and sisters and my own homeschooled kid as well and I am quite good in dealing and spending time with kids, as I organise events for homeschooling families and outdoor games for children from 2 to 12 y.o. I have no problem with helping with homework and school lessons whether its language, maths or history. Usually I have a good contact with teens as well.
I love working outdoors so I have no problem with physical tasks like grass cutting and other, provided that it does not require too much physical strength as I am not a very big person. I can also take care of animals , I love all of them although I can not allow cats and dogs to my bedroom because of allergy. I have some basic knowledge of horse riding so I can be a help with horses and other animals as well. I have only basic skills in terms of home renovation, so yes I can paint a room but I am not an expert in that.
I have a driving license. I can cook but not what I am best at. I probably prefer cleaning tasks at home.
I would also say I am great in customer service and contact with people as a quite intuitive, empathic and quickly understanding person but not in sales and marketing.Age

What else ...
I speak both French and polish as a native. I travel with my 9 y.o. son. He is a very enthusiastic, very smart and empathic homeschooled kid, speaking basic English and French (and looking for opportunities to improve) . He was mostly raised in the polish countryside but travelled already quite lot in Europe. As he does not have brothers or sisters we are very happy to connect with families and other kids similar age.
We love board games, animals and exploring and learning anything new- whether its nature walks or visiting museums, learning about culture and history. We like biking, kayaking, and light outdoor sports. Also happy to be involved in commercial activities like production at the farm, hosting tourists, organizing events and similar as we have some experience with it (organizing for example alternative festivals in Poland). We also come from a family of professional actors and have some experience with amateur theatre.
I was also doing yoga for many years and could teach some basics.
I have a higher education degree from the Paris Political Science Institute .
I have founded a Foundation working on Agricultural Biodiversity and I am still running it (www.agrinatura.pl) and I am also quite involved in organic farming community in Poland.
We don't have our own YT channel yet , but as I have some experience with filming I can help you start yours...here is the link a a Arte tv documentary featuring me and some of my countryside friends which I helped to write and realize https://www.arte.tv/fr/videos/110238-004-A/soeurs-de-la-terre/Some more information
