Hola! Mi nombre es Alma, de Colima, tengo 33 años de edad y soy maestra de inglés y ciencias sociales.
Continuamente me pregunto: ¿Qué quiero experimentar en esta vida? Y en esta etapa de mi vida estoy en búsqueda de experiencias que me ayuden a ser una mejor versión de mi misma. Sigo en el camino de autodescubrimiento y sanación y a la vez, busco aprender lo que me dará la base para cumplir mi sueño, que es tener un lugar donde plantar y cosechar mis alimentos de la forma más autosustentable posible.

En cuanto a mí, soy una persona amable, empática, crítica y a la vez, flexible, tratando de mantenerme curiosa ante el mundo y de desaprender y aprender lo que creo sea (o no) necesario para mí camino.
Soy buena escuchando, observando y aprendo rápido.
Soy responsable, limpia, abierta y servicial, también notarán que si estoy cerca de la naturaleza/animales seguro estaré con una sonrisa.

Es mi primera vez en workaway pero he hecho voluntariado en otras áreas como rescate de animales en México y en un hostal en Canadá! 🙌🏼

He viajado por varios países y he visitado Italia dos veces antes como turista y me encantó, ahora, en mi tercer visita quiero hacerlo como voluntaria!
3 meses estaré en Italia, para después explorar otros 3 meses los países Balkanos!

Hello! My name is Alma, from Colima, México.
I'm 33 years old and an English and social studies teacher.
I continually ask myself: What do I want to experience in this life? And at this stage of my life, I'm seeking experiences that will help me become a better version of myself. I continue on a path of self-discovery and healing, while also seeking to learn what will give me the foundation to fulfill my dream, which is to have a place where I can grow and harvest my food in the most self-sustaining way possible.

As for me, I'm a kind, empathetic, critical, and flexible person, trying to remain curious about the world and to unlearn and learn what I believe is (or is not) necessary for my path.

I'm a good listener, observer, and a quick learner.
I'm responsible, clean, open, and helpful. You'll also notice that if I'm around nature or animals, I'm sure to be smiling.

This is my first time on workaway, but I've volunteered in other areas, such as animal rescue in Mexico and at a hostel in Canada! 🙌🏼

I've traveled to several countries and have visited Italy twice before as a tourist, and I loved it. Now, on my third visit, I want to do it as a volunteer!
I'll be in Italy for 3 months, and then I'll explore the Balkan countries for another 3 months!

Soy bastante adaptable así que cualquier cosa que me proponga lo puedo hacer aunque al principio me cueste un poco, soy maestra y también he hecho trabajo físico: organización, administración, jardinería, agricultura, cuidar de niños y animales, limpieza, ayudando en la cocina,enseñanza, traducción, computadoras, etc.


I'm good with almost everything I'm a teacher but I can do physical or mental work; organization, administration, cleaning, helping in the kitchen, taking care of kids and animals, gardening, I can help with computers, translation, almost anything.
