Hi 👋🏻
My name is Asaf Itzhaki, I’m a 22 year-old from Israel and I’m looking to volunteer in France from about the middle of May to the end of June

I grew up in a rural area and sometimes I help maintenance on our garden. I don’t have any professional farming experience, but I have a great love of nature (my current job here is even in public enquires for the ministry of agriculture). I’m looking forward to work outside, I love doing physical work, am really good with animals and doing something with a purpose

A little about myself: I used to coach tennis for 1 year, I recently got into wall climbing. I love a lot of old french songs that my grandfather sang a lot when I was little. Next year i’m starting university to study geography, urban planning and linguistics, and I’m looking for something meaningful to have before

I speak Hebrew, English, and beginner French - more than just random words, I can hold a basic conversation and am always learning and practicing more and more

Most of all, I’m excited to meet new people, learn new skills, and have a good experience in a unique place

-Good work ethic - when I get into something I really like to make sure that it's done well and to it's max potential
-Experience in farm work - I volunteered a few times at a couple of farms in my area
-Athleticism - I'm young and energetic, don't get tired very easily and am good with physical work
-Good with people - I am generally friendly to strangers and manage well with everyone
-I'm handy and learn very quickly - I like to learn how things work and then fix them when they're broken; have done some tinkering with broken parts of my car and even fixed some toilets even though I've never actually learned it properly

I like hiking, rock-climbing, and riding bikes, I am very good at tennis and know a lot of social games. I'm curious and like to learn why things are the way they are and because of that have a lot of general knowledge. I like nature and animals, I can name many many species of flowers and trees
