Hello! About my self: i like to discover, people and places, to to learn and to share.
I love nature, i like to know the plants, and how we can use them, and just enjoy the energy of the environnement.
Cooking and being connected wich what is primary.
Also interested about wellbeing, healing, and spiritual exploring.
Im in research trought experience.
I like to chill, breath, play -musique, love fires, take everything that can make me grow and bloom.
Currently im in sabbatical, on the road, on the search of what can be good for me, what feels good, what has meaning. A good time for exchange.
I like to work, healthy and meaningfull work, specially manual tasks, like bulding, gardening... and learning about what intereses me, growing food, soustainability, creating, developpement and healing practises. Exploring calls :)
I like movement, hikking, swimming, surfing, climbing and i practise yoga and zen/vipasana meditation.
