Hello! I'm Federico, a passionate and curious individual currently pursuing a master's degree in management engineering in Padova, Italy. My journey so far has been shaped by a love for learning in various fields, exploring new cultures, and making a positive impact on the world around me.

What motivates me most is the opportunity to solve real-world problems through innovative thinking and collaboration. I find immense satisfaction in projects that combine creativity with practical solutions, especially those that promote sustainability and social good. Whether it's working on a social entrepreneurship initiative or engaging in community projects, I’m driven by the potential to create lasting change.

One of the experiences that deeply influenced me was my Erasmus exchange in Poland, where I discovered the joy of connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. This experience sparked my passion for travel and cultural exchange, and it’s one of the reasons I’m excited to be part of the Workaway community. I believe that every new place and person I meet teaches me something valuable, and I’m eager to contribute my skills while learning from others.

In my free time, I enjoy getting involved in hands-on projects, whether it’s helping out with a local community initiative or working on sustainable living practices. I’m also an advocate for continuous learning, so I often find myself exploring new topics or attending workshops that expand my knowledge and skills beyond what I'm currently capable.

What brings me happiness is the combination of personal growth, meaningful connections, and the feeling of making a difference, no matter how big or small. I’m looking forward to meeting new people through Workaway, sharing experiences, and working together to create something positive.

I have basic manual work and gardening capabilities. I enjoy fixing bikes and doing other small repairs in the house and outside. I can also do cleaning and material removal. I really want to improve my manual skills as I found manual work really relaxes me.

I enjoy the mountain life where I find peace and fulfillment in the natural environment. I’m an avid hiker and biker, and enjoy spending time outdoors.

Talking about soft skills, my primary expertise is solid problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and an understanding of how to efficiently manage resources. Additionally, I have experience in leadership and teamwork, gained with my involvement in student associations.

I’m passionate about cultural exchange and have experience living abroad, thanks to my Erasmus exchange program in Warsaw. I’m adaptable, open-minded and very good at learning new skills, always eager to learn from others and contribute to creating a positive environment.
