We are interested in plenty of different activities. We love taking long walks, hiking, playing beach volleyball or learning how to surf!

Description

Hi there!

We are an active and nature loving couple from Sweden. Whenever we can, we like to spend time on the beach, in the forest or at a coffe shop. Coffee is definitely essential for us! Arts and crafts, reading a book or just relax in our own peace is something that brings us happiness.

Emil is quite a handy man and always has an ongoing project, whether it’s mechanical or building something new. Filippa enjoy being around animals and being active, hiking or working out. Cooking and eating food is another thing that we absolutely love - there is no food (with exceptions) we aren't keen to try. We like traveling and experiencing different environments and perspectives! We are always happy taking on a challenge or learning something new.

We are currently exploring the east coast of Australia in our van we built ourselves for a full year. It's exciting meeting new people and cultures!

Both of are open to try out different fields of work, to learn, experience and gaining perspectives!

Filippa: I've mostly been working within the hospitality service. I do have experience of working in bar, being a waiter, cleaning and working at the front desk in different Hotels. I'm confident handling payments, conflicts, speaking over the phone as well as welcoming people from all over the world. I have also worked within gardening, caring for a cemetery cutting grass and planting flowers. Besides from my work life, I have a huge interest in animals. I rode horses for 10 years and have a fox terrier dog named Tess back home in Sweden. I love taking her out for long walks by the beach or in the forest. I'm no stranger to ranch work as I tried spending everyday at the stables when I was younger. Being active and outdoors no matter the weather, is really important for me as well. I love caring for others, I feel salified when I got someone to smile or can make their day better!

Emil: I grew up on the Swedish countryside along the fields and surrounding farms. I’ve always been interested in building and creating. It started with legos and quickly evolved into motorbikes, cars, hot tubs and other fun projects! My last project and profession in Sweden was designing and building a machine for a semiconductor factory. I've also been working within the hospitality scene, in the bar, doing dishes and as a waiter. I’ve had many pets growing up, such as gerbil, fishes and I currently have two cats. Unfortunately I never had a dog, until I met Filippa and stole her dog Tess. I am now undoubtedly her favorite person! I'm very hard working and like a challenge. I love being outdoors and active. Whether its running, working out or just going for a long walk!
