Hello! My name is Fred and I currently work as a translator (English-Spanish to French).

In my free time I mostly produce electronic music and travel the world. I also did some volunteer work in the past, among others translation jobs, interpreting in a refugee center and helping children to do their homework. I also worked for a while as an IT system engineer and volunteered at the bar of Les Déferlantes festival in France.

Due to a lower workload, I would like to combine my travels with volunteering on projects where my skills could be needed while learning new ones. I'm thinking mainly about languages but I am open to other tasks as well.

Language-related: I'm native in French and speak Spanish/English (fluent), Portuguese (good), Catalan/Russian (intermediate). I can help teaching languages or translating/interpreting.

IT: I can help with infrastructure projects (Windows servers, VMware virtualization, networking) or on regular end-user computer maintenance.

I can participate to music projects (mainly mixing and mastering in Ableton Live).
