Hey! My name is Jesse, 32 years old and originally from Sydney. I have been roadtripping around Australia for almost 4 years and lived in Perth for the last 2 of it.
In Perth and Syd, I was doing youth work, which is where my heart lies, along the road I did hospo, pearling and a grain harvest.
I have a van (pretty self sufficient) and currently on the road, I want to do a bit of exploration around Southern WA until Blaze, then make my way to NT to continue youth work there.
I have also fallen in love with rock climbing, and have the dream to camp and climb all around Aus.
In the last few years I have done a bunch of woofing and keen to do some more. A woofing goal I have at the moment is to ride a horse and tractor. Love a bit of dirt and grit and anything just a bit different.

I have had numerous experiences WOOFing in Australia. I was hands on, working on farms and properties, gardening, bush clearing, weeding, painting and some basic carpentry.

My main path, which means a lot to me, is working with disadvantaged youth. I currently work in residential settings for teenagers that are homeless. This role involves dealing with a lot of trauma, pain, mental health, drugs and alcohol and anger. I teach and mentor the young people by showing them life skills, help them set and work towards goals and just hang out and have fun.

I have years of experience working in hospitality and customer service. Alongside this I have worked in regional areas on pearling boats and on a grain harvest.
