Hello, I'm Fran,

I really like coexistence and also solitude, so I combine them.

Lately I have been very interested in participating in Permaculture projects such as "healing of Mother Earth" starting from ourselves, a human community and a micro-ecosystem.

For many years I worked as a public accountant; Until I experienced a change inside and in my way of seeing life and longing for a different future. I used to really like Philosophy; That's why I'm very excited about the definition: "Permaculturist is an activist philosopher."

I have participated in literature workshops and friendship groups to share music and poetry. Also in the local and regional environmental movement. In environmental and artistic education.

I participated for four years in the virtual forum "Fuente de Permacultura.es". Where I learned to love Permaculture.

Me agrada mucho la convivencia y también la soledad, de modo que las combino.

Últimamente me interesa mucho participar en proyectos de Permacultura como "sanación de la Madre Tierra" a partir de nosotros mismos, de una comunidad humana y de un micro-ecosistema.

Durante muchos años me desarrollé como contador público; Hasta que experimenté un cambio interior y en mi manera de ver la vida y anhelar un futuro diferente. Solía agradarme mucho la Filosofía; por ello me entusiasma mucho la definición: "Permacultor/a es una/un filósofa/o activista".

He participado en talleres de literatura y grupos de amistades para compartir música y poesía. También en el movimiento ecologista local y regional. En educación ambiental y artística.

Participé durante cuatro años en el foro virtual "Fuente de Permacultura.es". Donde aprendí a amar la Permacultura.

As an "Apprentice of Permaculture" I have planted several crops of corn, beans and squash over several years, and a small orchard . I have applied fertilization with "rock flour", with compost, with manure and with fragmented rameal wood.

I have participated in participatory forest restoration projects for many years. And supported by 1/3 of the construction of a 5-meter-diameter SuperAdobe dome with four complementary domes of 3 meters each.

When I lived with my family, I learned "Basic Home Maintenance." That is, basic: electricity, plumbing, carpenter and masonry.

I have cultivated Reiki Therapy, Bach Flower Remedies, "composing and aligning skeletons", and I have also worked with "apis mellifera" bees; Although lately I has convinced that native bees must be prioritized.

I have participated for many years in Danza Azteca and Temazcales.

Como "Permacultor Aprendiz" he hecho varias siembras de maíz, frijol y calabaza a lo largo de varios años, y un pequeño huerto. He aplicado la fertilización con "harina de rocas", con composta , con estiércol y con madera rameal fragmentada.

He participado en proyectos de restauración forestal participativa a lo largo de muchos años. Y apoyado en 1/3 parte de la construcción de un domo de SuperAdobe de 5 metros de diámetro con cuatro domos complementarios de 3 metros cada uno.

Cuando vivía con la familia, era el encargado de "Mantenimiento del Hogar". Esto es, electricidad, plomería, carpintería y albañilería básicas.

He cultivado la Terapia Reiki, los Remedios Florales de Bach, el "componer y alinear esqueletos", y he laborado también con abejas "apis melífera"; aunque últimamente me convence que hay que priorizar a las abejas nativas.

He participando durante muchos años en Danza Azteca y Temazcales.

My health is very good;

Mi estado de salud es muy bueno;
Cuento con Seguro Social por parte del IMSS; Aunque nunca lo he usado por llevar tres décadas optando por la la medicina alternativa, la vida y la alimentación sanas ((( Cfr::: "que tu medicina sea tu alimento y tu alimento sea tu medicina" ))). Y ejercicio físico.
