Description
👋 We are Lauren (35) & Jule (31), a couple from Germany and UK. We are adventurous, friendly, laid-back and passionate about exploring new cultures, volunteering, and giving back during our travels. We left our jobs in customer service and hospitality to travel and we'd love to contribute to local communities along the way. In particular we would love to work with farms and animals!
Both of us have experience caring for animals including:
Rescue & shelter work – Volunteering with animals, including feeding, cleaning & socialising; Farm work – Experience with horses, goats, chickens & cows; Pet care & house sitting and basic veterinary assistance.

We have a varied mix of practical skills, creativity, and experiences:
- Pet care - Both of us have a lifelong love for animals and hands-on experience caring for them.
- Teaching (English, German, art, and computer skills, both volunteering and TEFL certified with 5+ teaching years in SE Asia)
- Writing, graphic design, and website creation (as a certified designer, we can also help with any design work for projects such as Graphic design or Website Creation)
- Drawing, painting, and other artistic skills (studied art and design)
- Hospitality experience in high-end hotels, resorts, and hostels
- Customer service expertise, including supervisory roles - We both have hospitality experience and exceptional customer service and communication skills, and a passion for helping others!
- Languages - We both speak English and German and love to learn other languages, such as Spanish, Japanese, Khmer and Thai.
- Housekeeping & organising
- Small home DIY & maintenance - We have basic handy-work experience around the house and garden. We both love gardening and caring for plants and are passionate about animals. We both have a desire to learn more and try new things and are willing to help out in any way we can!

We love being outdoors and playing sports such as badminton, table tennis, frisbee and ball games. We especially love to ride our bicycles and enjoy walking in the countryside enjoying nature!
